Solidnet Solutions was created in 2006 as a result of the merger between Solidnet, founded in 1999 by Ian Maslin, and JJ solutions, also founded in 1999, by John Barratt. Ian previously worked for PeopleSoft UK as a Senior Consultant, whilst John was a PeopleSoft Consultant at a major IT consultancy. They decided to merge in 2006 to consolidate the clients, resources and services from both organisations into one entity. As the company expanded Matt Lawrence came onboard, in 2008, bringing his significant business development expertise to the organisation. Matt also has extensive experience in the PeopleSoft arena dating back to 1997, having worked as a Consultant, Practice Manager and Director of a leading PeopleSoft Practice.

John, Ian and Matt have a wealth of combined knowledge built over more than 15 years in the PeopleSoft domain. They all retain a client-facing roles providing their expertise and experience throughout the full project lifecycle and ensuring they stay up to date with the application.
