Junior Technical Consultant – Minimum 1 year PeopleSoft experience with the following skills:
Basic PeopleTools Skills – Application Designer, Application Engine and PeopleCode
Data management skills – SQL, Data Mover, Excel and Access
Basic Query reporting, BI Publisher, SQR and Crystal
Fundamental functional application understanding
Technical Consultant – Minimum 2 years PeopleSoft experience, abilities as Junior Consultant above and have the following additional skills:
Experience on a minimum of 2 implementations or upgrades
Detailed PeopleTools skills, including Component Interface and Workflow
Ability to apply bundles and patches
Diagnosis skills using Application Debugger
Detailed functional understanding of the application
Senior Technical Consultant – Minimum 4 years PeopleSoft experience, skill set as Technical Consultant above and have the following additional capabilities:
Completed at least 4 implementations or upgrades
Extensive PeopleTools skills encompassing Messaging and Business Interlinks
Understanding of Integration tools and PeopleSoft Architecture
Possess core DBA and infrastructure skills
Expert in BI Publisher, Query Reporting, SQR and Crystal
Provide advice and guidance on technical solutions and have an awareness of new technologies and their application
Act as a bridge between the technical and functional teams
Functional Consultant – Minimum 1 year PeopleSoft experience and have the following skill set:
Understanding of PeopleSoft core modules for the specific application
Have implemented at least 2 core modules for the specific application
Performed fit/gap analysis and data mapping
Interpret and accurately document business requirements
Ability to organise and run workshops
Create functional specifications for configuration or customisation
Security maintenance expertise with users, roles and permissions
Senior Functional Consultant – Minimum 3 years PeopleSoft experience, skills as Functional Consultant above and have the following additional expertise:
Have completed a minimum of 4 implementation or upgrades
Extensive understanding of all PeopleSoft core modules
Run business requirements workshop including mapping business processes
Co-ordinate UAT, Systems and end-to-end testing
Document and deliver User Training
Act in the capacity of Functional Team Lead
