Customers, who have implemented PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications, have done so either out of the box or with a degree of customisation. Both approaches are dependent on a customer's preference to either minimise the cost of ownership by implementing PeopleSoft vanilla or by customising to maximise the value the solution can add.
