What does Ideas Management offer?

- Employees submit and review ideas online via PeopleSoft Self Service
- Ideas Admin team process Idea and assign evaluator(s)
- ‘Approved’ Evaluators can forward the evaluation onto another employee if appropriate
- Evaluators and Idea suggestors are automatically advised by email at key stages during the process. (e.g. Idea is a duplicate, assigned, evaluated, implemented)
- Evaluators rate Idea using a configurable benefits matrix and recommend ‘implementing’ or ‘not progressing’ the idea
- Ideas Admin team review all Evaluators responses and recommend awards for ideas to be implemented
- Optionally, ideas can be grouped and assigned to Management review committees. ‘Committee packs’ are produced automatically containing Ideas to be reviewed
- Idea Suggestors are awarded. This can be interfaced directly to payroll if required
