Implementation
Our core business is implementing PeopleSoft.
We have extensive experience, working on some of the biggest PeopleSoft implementations for some of the UK's biggest companies.
We offer services that span the entire implementation lifecycle – and understand the PeopleSoft product suite in detail – including its limitations, the functionality and underlying technology so are best placed to offer unique solutions for our customers.

Customising
If your organisation's needs are complex and unique to your organisation, Solidnet can customise your PeopleSoft application to make it a perfect fit for your business.
Step 1:
We work with you to analyse the needs of the business that may not be currently met by PeopleSoft functionality, and double check to ensure that this could not be met by an alternative to customisation, such as configuration or business process redesign.
Our application specialists work closely with our clients during this process to ensure all possible alternative options are explored prior to customisation, including gap fit workshops.
Step 2:
In close collaboration with the customer project team, we work on designing and building customisations. During this process we ensure we are using the latest technology and that the new functionality can easily be upgraded in the future.
Step 3:
Fully document the customised solution and conduct handover process to the client.
Step 4:
Provide specialist upgrade and general support when needed.
Upgrading
Solidnet's upgrade specialists work to ensure your PeopleSoft upgrade is as painless as possible. As well as performing detailed upgrade analysis and planning we can quickly ensure that the new functionality and technology are applied to your business as appropriate:
- Use Change Assistant and Pre−Built Templates
- Have a proven methodology to rapidly re−create customisations
- Perform data cleansing and/or archiving if needed

- Apply tools & methodologies used during patches, bundles and tax updates
- Provide expertise and rigorous testing
- Evaluate new functionality and processes
- Identify and recommend any new hardware whilst optimising existing infrastructure if possible
